This policy describes the features currently offered by this site. Internal processing and retention practices must be confirmed by PP Deslandes before public launch.
Who to contact
For a request concerning your personal information, contact the presidency of PP Deslandes inc., attention: person in charge of personal information protection, at info@ppdeslandes.com or 450 778-2426. Address: 4775, avenue Trudeau, Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec J2S 7W9. The designated officer’s title and direct contact channel must be confirmed before public launch.
Information collected and purposes
The form collects your name, email and project description. Company, phone, location, requested service and PDF plans are optional. This information is used to assess your request and prepare follow-up. No marketing subscription is included. Job applications are sent through your email application.
Hosting and access
The site uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests and files are recorded in non-public storage. No public download link is created. Technical processing may occur outside Québec. Before public launch, PP Deslandes must validate providers, processing locations, authorized access, contractual terms and the applicable privacy impact assessment.
Retention and your rights
You may request access to your information, correction, details about its processing or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable obligations. Retention periods for project requests and applications, deletion processes and procedures for handling rights requests must be approved by PP Deslandes before launch. Do not submit sensitive information to the review site.
Cookies and third-party services
Google Analytics loads only after you agree to measurement of visits and contact actions. Your choice is stored for six months on this device. Change it through Cookie settings. We do not send form fields or files to Google Analytics. Google may process data outside Québec. Cookies required for sign-in are separate.
Language and updates
Pages and functions are available in French and English. French is the default language. Changes to collection practices or the addition of tracking tools will require an updated policy and prior consent where required.
